2. Website use
Content on apiconduit.digital is for general information about personal budgeting and cash-flow planning. It is not tailored advice until you engage us under a separate written agreement.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content through our inquiry form.
3. Consultation services
When you book paid consultations or plan reviews:
- Scope, deliverables, and fees in THB are confirmed in writing before payment is due.
- Meetings may be in person at our Sukhumvit office or by video as agreed.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of figures you provide; we rely on them to build plans.
- Our work is planning and education oriented. We do not guarantee financial results, tax outcomes, or investment performance unless a future licensed service is explicitly offered.
4. Intellectual property
Materials we create for you during a paid engagement are licensed for your household use unless otherwise stated. Website text and design remain our property.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or from decisions you make without a signed engagement. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
