Proposed policy — pending business confirmation of final fee schedules.
Applicability
This policy applies to paid individual consultations and cash-flow plan review sessions arranged through apiconduit.digital. Inquiry messages alone do not create charges.
Booking and payment
Fees are quoted in THB before you confirm a date. Payment instructions are sent by email. Work begins after agreed payment is received unless we approve alternate terms in writing.
Cancellation by you

| 24–48 hours before start | 50% refund of session fee |
| Less than 24 hours before start, or no-show | No refund |
Rescheduling is treated as cancellation if the original slot cannot be filled; contact us as early as possible.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or the next available slot at no extra charge.
Partial services
If a multi-session engagement is prepaid and you stop after work has started, refunds cover only unused sessions, minus deliverables already provided.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs we pay on your behalf (venue, translation, licensed referrals) are non-refundable once incurred.
How to request a refund
Email info@apiconduit.digital with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days where banking rules allow.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thailand’s Consumer Protection Act where they apply to your transaction.
