What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, topic selection, and message text you submit through
/api/inquiryon apiconduit.digital. - Consent preference: a value stored in your browser’s localStorage under the key
cfp_cookie_consentrecording whether you accepted or rejected non-essential storage as described on our Cookies page.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. Consent records follow the duration stated on the Cookies page.
Processors and transfers
Form submissions are processed by infrastructure on the same domain (apiconduit.digital). We do not sell personal data. If we later use a processor outside Thailand, we will update this policy and ensure appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us at info@apiconduit.digital. You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
Security
We use HTTPS in production and limit access to inquiry data to staff who need it to respond. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending account passwords or full card numbers in the form.
Children
Our services target adults managing household finances. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 without guardian involvement.

Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
